A Trip Through Stockholm’s Underground Art

Beneath the Swedish capital lays a web of trains lines decorated with paintings, installations and sculptures commonly referred to as the world’s longest art gallery. Spanning through 90 station reaching 110km in total, 150 artist have created stunning visuals to take your otherwise boring commute to a gallery of culture. Each station almost feels like an exploration due to the cave-like surrounding and the individual themes that each stop takes. From highlighting women’s rights to displaying remains of an old palace, the sights are truly amazing. Take a look at some of pictures taken on my travels below.
